| 2007 Sonnhalter Award Winners In memory of Betty Sonnhalters' many years of dedication to young skaters, the Southern California Inter-Club Association established a Memorial Grant Program in her name. Every year two skaters are selected by a committee. They each receive an engraved plaque and a $1,000.00 check. This year's recipient for Novice and above recipient is: Melanie (Laney) Diggs from All Year FSC (left). Juvenile and below recipient is: Ryan G. Farmer from South Bay FSC.
